复杂流道类零件电火花精加工的设计研究

首先叙述了复杂流道类零件电火花精加工电极设计的基本原理 ,根据流道曲面创成中形成共轭曲面的基本条件 ,利用微分几何中曲率干涉的概念设计了无干涉电火花精加工电极 ,同时得到了共轭曲面创成过程中精加工电极的运动轨迹和位姿 ,完成了一类特殊的CAD/CAM软件设计。最后用实例仿真验证了所提出的复杂流道曲面创成思想的正确性及精加工电极设计的可行性。     

IBM eServer iSeries 400 Client／Server程序设计

编制高效安全的程序是面向IBMeSeries400服务器复杂应用，特别是ERP系统应用的基础。本文通过对面向iSerles400服务器Client/Server程序设计的分析，探讨并提出系统应用程序设计项目的设计、实施、审核方案。     

CAD/CAM在台体加工中的应用

结合惯性平台典型复杂零件台体的数控加工,解决了CAM加工坐标系(MCS)的设置及其与机床加工坐标系的协调一致问题、双转台式五轴铣加工中心的后置处理坐标转换问题,完成了台体的数控加工程序设计,提高了台体零件的加工效率。     

Preparation and Properties of Organically Modified Sepiolite/ High-performance Epoxy Nanocomposites

Fibrous organic sepiolites （OSEP） and novel epoxy/OSEP nanocomposites were prepared, and different methods were investigated to produce an intercalated/exfoliated structure of OSEP. Experimental results show that the modifier molecules can be easily adsorbed by the sepiolite, but the layer space （d001 of the sepiolite, linked by means of covalent bond, remains unchanged. A proper method to solve this problem appears to exert large shearing force on the original sepiolite followed by its organic modification （OSEP2）. The morphology observation shows that there are formed an even dispersion of nano-sized OSEP2 fibers in epoxy resin and a structure intercalated by epoxy molecules, which lead to significantly improved mechanical properties. Impact strength of the epoxy/OSEP2 nanocomposite increases from 32.1 kJ/m^2 to 44.4 kJ/m^2, 38.3% higher than that of pristine matrix with 3 wt% OSEP2 content. It is also noted that the flexural strength of the OSEP/epoxy composites has risen by about 3% higher than that of the pure epoxy resin.     

飞机失速/偏离问题研究的技术途径

本文简略地评述了模型自由飞、立式风洞自由飞和常规风洞自由飞这三种模拟试验方法在飞机尾旋问题研究中的作用;着重分析了开展飞机失速/偏离问题研究的重要意义以及利用现有的大型常规低速风洞进行风洞自由飞试验的必要性与可能性;对旋转天平在飞机尾旋问题研究中的作用提出了一些看法。     

在航天遥感器产品中推广与应用SMC/SMD产品和SMT技术

文章介绍了SMC/SMD器件和SMT技术在世界的发展状况和国内的应用概况,论述了航天遥感器在今后的设计中推广与应用SMT技术的重要性和必然性以及应用SMC/SMD器件需创造的条件。     

Space Weather Research in China

Recent progress in space weather research are briefly presented here from three aspects: establishment or improvement in observation systems, such as extra-soft X-ray detector and γ-ray detector onboard the spacecraft ‘Shen Zhou 2’, new solar radio broad-band spectrometer, magnetometer-chain, ionosonde and digisonde–chain, laser-lidar system and VHF radar; partial topic progresses included in CMEs, multi-streamer structures, evolution of interplanetary magnetic field B _z component, regional properties of traveling ionospheric disturbances, a fully-nonlinear global dynamical model for the middle and upper atmosphere, and a combined prediction method for geomagnetic disturbances; and space weather activity, such as ‘Meridian Project’ — a national major scientific project, ‘International Space Weather Meridian Circle Program’ — a suggestion of internationalization of ‘Meridian Project’, ‘Space Weather Research Plan’ — a major research plan from National Natural Science Foundation of China (NNSFC) and other space weather activities. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

展开/折叠式伸展臂几何设计

介绍了展开／折叠式结构的设计过程，分3阶段；设计阶段、模型阶段和优化阶段。每一阶段均有相应的控制指标。由此设计出一种三棱柱伸展臂，该伸展臂由三棱柱模块叠加而成，通过电机驱动滑块进行展开／折叠运动。对伸展臂的运动机理进行了分析，最后经过优化阶段，最终确定了杆件的直径和节点形式。实验室模型表明，该伸展臂具有驱动简单，杆件类型少，制造方便的优点。     

CAD/CAE技术在工艺装备设计中的应用

在镜头的机床定心加工中,过渡环的刚度和质量是影响定心加工精度的主要因素,文章在分析过渡环在加工中的受力情况的基础上,使用Pro/E进行三维造型,使用PATRAN建立有限元模型,使用NAS-TRAN进行结构静力分析和模态分析,然后根据分析结果优化结构质量。
